This team shoulders the direct operational responsibility for the shared decisions of the Colleague implementation process of Recruitment/Admissions, Financial Aid, Correspondence Control, Registrar, Campus Organizations, Residence Life, Degree Audit/Advisement, and interfaces with the Business/Finance/Bursar's Office. This team serves as the coordinator and promoter of student system implementation issues and is the first point of escalation for conflicts and unresolved decisions from the module teams. Additional responsibilities include the following:

The Student Services Application Team oversees the eight Module Teams, which have been established. These teams include the Department Manager, decision makers, and selected others who will decide the use of the new software to meet institutional goals. The Module Teams serve as the first point of escalation for issues uncovered by the end users. |
